Shipping/Returns
At Purity Fly Co. we guarantee 72 hr dispatch for all in-stock items. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified upon purchase and it will be dispatched within 5-7 business days. If for some unforeseeable reason the item is unavailable, we will refund you in full. *In some cases these items will be shipped directly from our Vendors. These will be cases where we do not have items in stock and to save time can ship directly to you from our Vendors. There will be no additional charge for drop shipping (shipped from a Vendor to you). If your order consists of more than one item the drop shipped order will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
*Drop shipping is not available for international orders and is for Canadian shipping only.

Do I have to pay taxes or duty for Canadian orders?
Items purchased and shipped to addresses within Canada are subject to applicable sales tax. We must charge GST or HST (*if applicable to your home province) on all purchases. Everything is stocked and shipped directly from us so there is no brokerage/duty associated with international ordering.
Duty and Taxes may be applied upon receipt of items that are shipped to alternative countries (USA) and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy:
At Purity Fly Co we want you to be satisfied with every purchase; therefore, we will refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with. Goods, for return or exchange, must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) (Tracking Number with Delivery service recommended). Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will immediately issue a full refund or exchange for the value of the item(s) returned. Our only stipulation is that the item(s) are returned in a saleable condition.
